I used the hand saw to give the guys on the ground a little extra time to work on the fence. You gotta love residential tree work and be aware of the clients’ needs and potentally their other projects. Sometimes, we’re not the only crew on a job. On this job, we unexpectedly ran into another crew working on a fence directly below me.In this situation, we made all the right adjustments for both work crews, and everyone went home safe and had a productive day.I used a chainsaw after I topped it, and the rest went down in about 10 or 15 minutes. These suckers were huge, however, and the branches pictured above on the main tree were removed the following day in about two hours.
